Sea Fog provides an impression of the atmospheric phenomenon of sea fog, as seen obscuring Springmaid Pier in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The artist says, “It is amazing to see curtains of sea fog roll in on a sunny day. Suddenly the normally vast ocean is squeezed down to what feels like a tiny room.”
Counterpoint Art Prints utilize digital imaging and laser technology to achieve effects of light, shadow, and tonal contrast similar to those obtained through such traditional printmaking techniques as etching, soft ground, drypoint, and aquatint.
