Sales Tax

For orders shipped to Virginia addresses, add 5% sales tax to total price of books.

Shipping

For orders of five or fewer books, the shipping charge is $2.50 for the first book and $0.50 for each additional book. Shipping is free for orders of six or more books to a single address within the USA. Orders are normally shipped by U. S. Postal Service. Call 1-800-967-2867 for shipping rates if specialized shipping services are required.
