Hopkins' charming, turn-of-the-century collection includes 56 stylist designs for private homes, ranging from a frame, two-story cottage with a library, three bedrooms, and a servant's room, costing $1,000, to a two-story house with a vestibule, five bedrooms, four fireplaces, and one-and-a-half bathrooms, priced at $3,300.
