Propelled by Prayer Power

All the LOVEbearsALL bears are sent forth with prayer.

Got a bear story for you! It is so amazing to watch the Lord work through the bears. As we have told so many people, the bears are prayed over when they are cut, sewed and stuffed. Then we pray over them before we bag them for distribution. Some people call the bears Prayer Bears, and some use Father's term for them: Love Bears. So here is another Love Bear story for your blessing and encouragement.

Some of our friends at church invited us to lunch after service this past Sunday. We had a wonderful lunch and time of fellowship. Afterwards we went to the car and we gave her a couple of bears to give away, especially to one of their daughters who is going through a difficult time.

Our friend wrote this morning that she had put one of the bears in her car so she would have it when she stopped by her daughter's home. Yesterday as she drove to work she picked up the bear and held it to her chest praying that the Lord would touch her precious daughter to meet her need. She said she felt warmth in her hand as she held the bear but did not think too much about it. She has had a nagging problem for which she has taken medication but she had not noticed any help with the problem so she had quit the medication. Yesterday after holding the bear and feeling the warmth, she had no manifestation of her problem at all. She wrote praising the Lord for the work He did using the bear that is so covered with the prayers of the saints as it is made and prepared for giving.

God is sufficient for our every need! He cares for us and He loves us. This precious friend experienced that love in action, her healing! Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us to “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
